Convention

TAG – Le Commerce à l’Ère Numérique

TAG is the must-attend event for Quebec’s e-commerce sector, bringing together young entrepreneurs, e-traders and retailers so that they can take their businesses further. We set the bar high for our first collaboration with the CQCD, by giving ourselves the challenge of creating a huge 120 ft × 12 ft panoramic screen. The Creativ Nation team had to design a visual element worthy of the convention and its challenges. We soon thought of the giant screen idea, as it introduced a large-scale visual, but also brought about a closeness and gathering effect thanks to its curved appearance. We can proudly say mission accomplished to the entire team for this impressive installation that took place at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. This edition of TAG was a great success and Creativ Nation went big to highlight new technologies and innovations.

Symposium

Desjardins Entreprises Symposium


In collaboration with OPC Events, we developed the Desjardins Enterprises Sale Force Symposium. Our mission was to create a unique, memorable event that would bring participants together. To keep our promise, we built a 360 plenary with stands around a central stage and screen. We also designed a hexagonal screen drawing inspiration from Desjardins’ logo, providing guests with an impressive view of the presentations and speakers. Using Desjardins branded carpets, we connected the audience to the stage, creating a feeling of closeness.   We also had the challenge of creating a dining room in a large empty and cold location. To avoid the traditional round banquet tables, we opted for an installation of rectangular tables to encourage exchanges among participants. We also suspended 64 industrial lamps above tables to create an inviting ambiance. Fundraising

Toqué for MS

We collaborated on the notorious culinary fundraising event Toqué for MS with our new client, the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada. The famous Parquet at the Édifice Jacques-Parizeau was the perfect location for this inviting and prestigious evening. Our lighting designed to enhance the incredible architecture certainly had the attendees’ jaws dropping (that is, when they weren’t closed to enjoy the delicious food).
