On November 16th, we were at the Palais des Congrès to take charge of all the audiovisual aspects of the 11th Interdisciplinary Training Day of the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec. In the plenary hall, we built a large central stage to bring together health professionals around various conferences. More than 1,000 specialists assisted to a multitude of training courses spread over twenty workshop rooms. The multiple physical locations was a big challenge and we have used an impressive number of human resources to deliver it efficiently.
