Desjardins Entreprises
In collaboration with OPC Events, we developed the Desjardins Enterprises Sale Force Symposium. Our mission was to create a unique, memorable event that would bring participants together. To keep our promise, we built a 360 plenary with stands around a central stage and screen. We also designed a hexagonal screen drawing inspiration from Desjardins’ logo, providing guests with an impressive view of the presentations and speakers. Using Desjardins branded carpets, we connected the audience to the stage, creating a feeling of closeness.
We also had the challenge of creating a dining room in a large empty and cold location. To avoid the traditional round banquet tables, we opted for an installation of rectangular tables to encourage exchanges among participants. We also suspended 64 industrial lamps above tables to create an inviting ambiance. We added one final creative touch to the evening by designing a huge plexiglass projection screen behind the stage.
