Last August, following the implementation of government restrictions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we held our first hybrid event named Repenser, which was developed and produced by our creative team.

To make the event a reality, we had to create one of the biggest production stages in the greater metropolitan area. Our aim was to share and converse about different subjects, to show that hosting events was still a possibility and that they were still accessible, could still be fun and could still bring people together.

 

Over 400 people from the events industry participated virtually with 30 people present on-site. Hosted by Mario Tessier, the event brought together a number of panellists, including, Marie Grégoire, Dr. Sylvain Guimond, Dr. Amir Georges Sabongui and the duo Manon Goudrealt and Pierre Jean.

 

To end the event in style, guests received a special delivery designed by Overnite: music, cocktails and culinary treats were on the menu.

 

We never would have been able to rise up to the challenge without our expert team who knew exactly how to adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the pandemic. It goes without saying, but our first hybrid event was a roaring success!
