The Fridolin room of the Estérel Resort was unrecognizable when we’d finished with it for the Selection Group’s sales summit. For this vibrant, festive, high-octane event, our team went above and beyond developing an innovative concept that maximized the hockey theme. Of course, the famous JumboTron (as seen in arenas) was essential in pulling off the hockey theme. The shape and colours of the stage were designed to resemble an ice rink, and we even created a penalty box. We pushed the limits of this theme by laying out four colour sections, thus dividing the employees into four separate teams.

The atmosphere peaked as the participants arrived, spurring them on for the coming year. During their stay at the Estérel, participants were treated to conferences, an awards gala and many hockey-themed activities, making their stay not only rewarding, but truly enjoyable. It was a great opportunity for the General and Regional Directors to come together and create a great team spirit with their members, strengthening their commitment to the group and their work.
